Gabriel Jacob, MD

Dr. Gabriel Jacob is very driven and passionate when it comes to eyes as he knew he wanted to become an Ophthalmologist at the age of 16. He enjoys patient care and the ability to make a difference through surgery, keeping up to date with the latest procedures, practices and lasers. Because of this, he has been rated as one of Sacramento’s top 5 Ophthalmologists a few years in a row by Sutter for patient satisfaction and top 25% physician nationally by Press Ganey. He has been performing LASIK and cataract surgery in the Roseville and Sacramento area since 2009, performing more then 25,000 surgeries.

Joana Jacob, MBA, COE, CPSS

Joana is highly motivated and driven to make a difference where ever she is able to. Being driven from a young age, she completed three college degrees by the time she was 21 and obtained an MBA by the time she was 25 while working as a practice administrator. She has run and continues to run multiple successful businesses but her greatest passion aside from her family is making a difference in the lives of others. Being a Certified Ophthalmic Executive, she continues to look for opportunities where they can provide vision care to communities in need.
